I added ads version to the app. It's strange I never thought of it before.
My Tulpa Ads version
I also changed the times to uniformly distributed around +/- 40% of the selected mean time. The exponential times were driving me crazy. I've a feeling one can never get used to exponentially distributed times. Sometimes the notifications were coming in a batch of very short periods and sometimes they were missing at all. Perhaps that was "a feature and not a bug". Nevertheless it was too much and I changed it.

I've added some Tips:
The main idea is to have something as reverse reality check. One should remain aware of the current status, the choices one have taken and could take.To asses the past event I've the following categories:
Mentally
Solve a puzzles and riddles together;
Give puzzles and riddles to each other
Multiply 2-3 digit numbers
Socially
Talk to each other
Write a Messages
Poetry
Emotionally
Send love to each other
Search something funny in the net
Movement
Imaginary movement or just being aware of your Tulpa position and movement counts as real.
If you wish you can always
stand up and dance together(or just make a couple of steps)
Take a couple of deep slow breaths
Put your hands in the air or just wink your Tulpa
Look around for your Tulpa.
Ask your Tulpa pose for you
My Tulpa App
App Launch
So, I've finally published the App.
My Tulpa App
It has everything except help and some elucidation on the concept. I hope I'll add the rationale for my decisions later on this blog.
It
reminds of your Tulpa on random intervals. It also samples your
subjective input on your momentary rapport and your activities during
the period. It collects statistics on the 4 important components that
maintain your relation. In serves as a reminder not to postpone and not
to forget:
1. To have fun and share affection
2. To maintain contact
3. To face some mental challenges
4. To be active together
In this way it helps you to be *more conscious* of the live choices you take during the day.
For the reminder you specify only the mean value (average) of the random intervals. And it helps you add surprise and to avoid routine.
The App collects data locally which you can save as file and download. It saves the Alarm Moment and the time you noticed it, so you'll know when you forgot the reminder at all.
Even if you do not use complicated statistics the App will not forget to remind you that your Tulpa is with you.
The Rapport intensity is collected on the scale of 0..6
The activities are on the scale of 0..3
It saves the time Reminder popped-up, you’ll know how long you forget or miss the reminders.
And for sure - you can switch off the alarms during your sleep.
I'll be happy to implement also other additional proposals. Write me.
